About Us

Wolf’s Head Smokehouse brings American regional barbecue to the Pacific Northwest. We cook our meats in the velvety smooth smoke and over the glowing embers of Pacific Northwest White Oak. Low, long, and slow as it’s always been done.

We strive to embrace the differences in America’s diverse barbecue history. Our style is found somewhere between Kansas City Burnt Ends, Carolina  Pork, Texas Brisket and so on. 



We’re open from 11 am until 7 pm Wednesday – Sunday or until we sell out. 

As they say, ‘the early bird gets the barbecue’ so make sure to come early!
